نسخة مؤقتة: نُشرت هذه الصفحة ريثما يراجعها مستشارنا القانوني في الكويت، وهي تصف طريقة عمل التطبيق حالياً.
كيف تحذف حسابك
- من التطبيق: حسابي ← الخصوصية وبياناتي ← احذف حسابي، ثم أدخل كلمة المرور للتأكيد.
- من المتصفح دون تثبيت التطبيق: افتح getmahalli.com/mahalli وسجّل الدخول، ثم حسابي ← الخصوصية وبياناتي ← احذف حسابي.
- بالبريد الإلكتروني: راسلنا على [email protected] من بريد حسابك، وسنحذفه خلال 72 ساعة.
ما الذي يُحذف
- فوراً: يُغلق حسابك وتُخفى صفحة نشاطك، وتُسجَّل أجهزتك خارج الحساب وتُحذف رموز الإشعارات.
- بعد 90 يوماً: نمسح بريدك الإلكتروني واسمك وهاتفك وكلمة المرور، والمفضلة وسجل المشاهدة، وبيانات التواصل في صفحة النشاط، والصور، ومستندات الرخصة التجارية.
- يتاح اسم النشاط لغيرك بعد 90 يوماً.
ما الذي نحتفظ به
- سجلات الدفع بالقدر الذي تتطلبه المحاسبة والقانون، دون بيانات بطاقتك (لا نحفظها أصلاً).
- إحصائيات استخدام مجمّعة لا ترتبط بك، تُحذف بعد 24 شهراً كحد أقصى.
- لا يلغي حذف الحساب اشتراكات متجري Apple أو Google: ألغها من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.

How to delete your account
- In the app: Account → Privacy & my data → Delete my account, then enter your password to confirm.
- In a browser, without installing the app: open getmahalli.com/mahalli, sign in, then Account → Privacy & my data → Delete my account.
- By email: write to [email protected] from your account's email address and we delete it within 72 hours.
What is deleted
- Immediately: your account is closed, your business listing is hidden, your devices are signed out and push tokens are deleted.
- After 90 days: we erase your email, name, phone and password, your favorites and viewing history, your listing's contact details, photos and commercial license documents.
- Your business name becomes available to others after 90 days.
What we keep
- Payment records, as long as accounting and the law require, without card details (we never store them).
- Aggregated usage statistics that are no longer linked to you, deleted after at most 24 months.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in your store account settings.
