القبول
باستخدامك محلي (التطبيق أو الموقع getmahalli.com) فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الإعلانات.
الحسابات
- قدّم بيانات صحيحة، وحافظ على سرية كلمة المرور، وأبلغنا فوراً عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
- أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك.
صفحات الأعمال
- محلي للأعمال المرخصة في الكويت فقط. لا تظهر أي صفحة قبل أن نتحقق من الرخصة التجارية.
- أنت مسؤول عن صحة بيانات صفحتك وتحديثها. إذا انتهت رخصتك تُخفى الصفحة حتى ترفع الرخصة المجددة.
- إذا استخدمت أكثر من صفحة رقم الرخصة نفسه نراجعها يدوياً، وقد نطلب مستندات إضافية.
- توضع بيانات التواصل في حقول التواصل فقط. نحذف أرقام الهواتف والروابط ورموز QR من الأوصاف والصور.
المحتوى والبلاغات
لا تنشر محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيئاً أو مضللاً أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين. عند وصول بلاغ قد نخفي الصفحة أثناء المراجعة (خلال 24 ساعة)، ونحذف المحتوى المخالف. تكرار المخالفة قد يؤدي إلى الإيقاف الدائم.
الفترة التجريبية وسعر الأعضاء المؤسسين
- تبدأ الفترة التجريبية البلاتينية المجانية لمدة 90 يوماً عند الموافقة على رخصتك، وفترة واحدة لكل رخصة. بعد انتهائها تبقى صفحتك ظاهرة بالباقة الأساسية ما لم تختر باقة مدفوعة.
- إذا اخترت باقة مدفوعة خلال فترتك التجريبية وأثناء فتح برنامج الأعضاء المؤسسين (مقاعد ومدة محدودة)، تحصل على خصم 50% مدى الحياة على تلك الباقة. يرتبط الخصم بالرخصة ولا ينتقل إلى مالك جديد.
الباقات المدفوعة والتجديد
- الأسعار معروضة في التطبيق وعلى الموقع، وقد تختلف أسعار متجري Apple وGoogle عن أسعار الموقع.
- المدفوعات عبر الموقع تتم من خلال صفحة الدفع الآمنة لشركة Tap Payments (كي نت والبطاقات). لا نحفظ بطاقتك ولا نخصم منها تلقائياً: عند موعد التجديد نرسل لك رابط دفع، وإذا لم يتم الدفع خلال 10 أيام تنتقل صفحتك إلى الباقة الأساسية.
- المشتريات داخل تطبيق iPhone تخضع لشروط Apple، وداخل تطبيق Android لشروط Google. تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة، وتديرها من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر.
- عند الإلغاء تستمر الباقة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ولا يُسترد مبلغ الأيام غير المستخدمة.
الاسترداد
المشتريات غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل عام، بما في ذلك عدم وصول عملاء، إلا إذا تطلب القانون ذلك. طلبات استرداد مشتريات المتاجر تُقدَّم إلى Apple أو Google حسب سياساتهما. في حال الاعتراض على عملية دفع لدى البنك قد نوقف الحساب حتى البت فيه.
الإعلانات
الإعلانات (إشعارات العروض، البانرات، ترويج الصفحة) تخضع لسياسة الإعلانات.
حذف الحساب والإيقاف
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق دون استرداد للفترة المتبقية. قد نوقف أو نغلق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.
حدود المسؤولية
محلي دليل يربط العملاء بالأعمال. نتحقق من الرخص التجارية لكننا لا نضمن خدمات الأعمال أو منتجاتها، والتعامل بين العميل والنشاط مسؤوليتهما. نقدم الخدمة كما هي، وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون.
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت.
التغييرات
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط وسنبلغك بالتعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق.

Terms of Service
Acceptance
By using Mahalli (the app or getmahalli.com) you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Ad Policy.
Accounts
- Give accurate information, keep your password secret and tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Business listings
- Mahalli is for businesses licensed in Kuwait only. No listing goes live before we verify its commercial license.
- You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate. If your license expires, the listing is hidden until you upload the renewed license.
- If more than one listing uses the same license number we review them manually and may ask for documents.
- Contact details belong in the contact fields only. We remove phone numbers, links and QR codes from descriptions and photos.
Content and reports
Don't post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or infringes others' rights. When a listing is reported we may hide it during review (within 24 hours) and remove content that breaks these rules. Repeat offences can lead to a permanent ban.
Free trial and Founding Member price
- Your free 90-day Platinum trial starts when your license is approved, one trial per license. When it ends your listing stays live on the Basic plan unless you choose a paid plan.
- If you choose a paid plan during your trial while the Founding Member program is open (limited places and time), you get 50% off that plan for life. The discount is tied to the license and does not transfer to a new owner.
Paid plans and renewal
- Prices are shown in the app and on the website. App Store and Google Play prices may differ from website prices.
- Website payments are processed on Tap Payments' secure checkout page (KNET and cards). We don't store your card or charge it automatically: when a plan is due for renewal we send you a payment link, and if it isn't paid within 10 days your listing moves to the Basic plan.
- Purchases in the iPhone app are subject to Apple's terms, and in the Android app to Google's. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you manage them in your store account settings.
- If you cancel, your plan continues until the end of the paid period. Unused days are not refunded.
Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable, including for a lack of leads, except where the law requires otherwise. Refunds for app-store purchases are requested from Apple or Google under their policies. If a payment is disputed with a bank, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved.
Ads
Ads (notification offers, banners and listing boosts) are subject to our Ad Policy.
Deleting your account and suspension
You can delete your account in the app at any time, without a refund for the remaining period. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Our responsibility
Mahalli is a directory that connects customers with businesses. We verify commercial licenses but do not guarantee any business's services or products; dealings between a customer and a business are their own responsibility. The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in the app.
